Dr. Meimaris’ Kale Smoothie: A power packed Way to get through your day!

Dr. Meimaris’ wonderful smoothie power packed with nutrients and vitamins is lovely potion of longevity. You will need the following:

8 Kale stalks with leaves
2 Bananas, medium sized, (or substitute one large) I freeze mine, remove skin and bag it.
1 Cup of frozen Strawberries
1 Cup of fresh blueberries
2 Tablespoons of lime juice or half lime squeezed
1 Cup of ice cubes
8 Ounces of coconut water
1/4 cup of Flaxseed

Optional, Vanilla Rice Protein Powder if working out and as meal substitute; I use Life Core by Orthomolecular Products.

Mix all of the above in a blender, serve in a glass and suck it through a straw~!
